You will be joining a dynamic Data Engineering team, working within Sky's Data organisation. You'll help with the day-to-day management of a large group of 3rd Party Data Engineers provided by a variety of 3rd Party Vendors.

The role includes supplying to the organisation, data management and process improvements used to own the team whilst working closely with other teams and Squads within Sky Data and our 3rd party vendors.

Typical daily tasks include handling, supporting, and communicating end to end with our 3rd party community including onboarding new joiners, offboarding our leavers and our contractor base.

What you'll do
- You will be processing data through a variety of Sky Systems
- Collaborate closely with 3rd party vendors and internal Sky Data teams to provide the supply of people to meet the resource demands from our team
- Support the team operationally with some light touch technical support whilst ensuring we are aligned with Sky's internal processes.
- Provide data analysis and support to the 3rd Party Resource Lead and other Sky Data Managers as well as some Project Management opportunities.

What you'll bring
- A self-starter attitude with proven organisational and communication skills
- You'll prioritise your workload and have a keen attention to detail
- You will also have a passion for learning new systems, building new process including workflows and for working collaboratively both internal and external to Sky Data.
- A logical approach to data and be comfortable in leading, organising and presenting data
- Experience in office tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint. Exposure to Workday and Beeline is desirable but not crucial.
- Practical experience of Project Management will be a bonus
