We are now seeking a highly skilled hospitality professional with a knowledge of fast paced food & beverage operations to step into the role of Regional Operations Manager for our WA / SA region.As Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the regions high guestservice standards are kept along with all aspects of operations within your region including leadership team management, financial results, sales and operational excellence.Key responsibilities include :To lead your region of restaurants in line with the company vision through the company's values & strategic direction.Leadership team development, and trainingPerformance management and improvement of systemsAssist in establishing KPI metrics for new and existing restaurants by carefully analysing rosters, par levels, movements and people guidesOversee and influence openings of new restaurants in partnership with our Operations and support teams.Meet and exceed restaurant financial objectives by forecasting business demands, maintaining labour costs, food and wastage expenses and beverage costsProvide recommendations regarding cash strategies and cost control measuresTo be successful in the role you will have :Prior operations experience in the hospitality or QSR space is essentialProven influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsStrong financial acumen and experience with P&L and budgetsProven experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximising profitExcellent presentation and communication skillsStrong interpersonal & coaching skillsAbility to work autonomously in a fast paced & demanding environmentRole Requirements :Food Safety CertificateFirst Aid CertificateRSA CertificateAbout You :You will be passionate and authentic, deliver genuine hospitality and keen to work within a fast moving and positive environment.In return, you will work with a passionate and driven team that has a lot of fun along the way
