**Company Introduction**

We are a leading e-commerce brand in the skincare and cosmetics industry, seeking a talented Inventory & Operations Manager. This role requires fluency in English and offers part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (30-40 hours/week) availability. The position is remote, with a salary range of $4,000-$6,000. These are not the exact job specifics; the criteria can be negotiated directly with the client in the interview.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Manage inventory levels across all SKUs with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
- Forecast product demand and proactively identify SKUs that need to be reordered.
- Use Inventory Planner for forecasting and planning.
- Place and manage purchase orders for all SKUs.
- Communicate and negotiate directly with manufacturers to ensure timely, cost-effective procurement.
- Track and document all orders, inventory levels, and manufacturer contacts in an organized system.
- Coordinate shipments between manufacturers and our 3PL warehouses.
- Provide regular inventory and operations reports to the internal team.
- Assist with general operations tasks as needed—especially cross-functional items that "fall between the cracks."

**Qualifications**:
**Must Haves**:

- Previous experience in inventory management and forecasting for e-commerce companies.
- Strong negotiation skills and demonstrated success in handling purchase orders and vendor communications.
- Excellent organizational skills—detail-oriented and process-driven.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Inventory Planner, Excel/Google Sheets, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Based in the United States (required), ideally not on the west coast due to timezone differences.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience working in skincare, haircare, or health and wellness industries.
