Surrounded by an array of tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, Novotel is renowned for quality, simplicity and value for money with over 520+ rooms boasting spectacular views of Darling Harbour and the Sydney CBD.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Office Overnight All-Rounder to join our dynamic team.
This is a key role that ensures smooth overnight operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting various hotel functions.ResponsibilitiesProvide warm and professional service to all guests during the overnight shift.Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk operations.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently.Conduct night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions.Maintain security standards and perform regular safety checks.Support other departments as needed to ensure seamless operations.QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar front office or customer service role is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and handle overnight responsibilities.Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.Additional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion : We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
