**RECEPTIONIST/ CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT**

Bremer Chiropractic is looking for an experienced and exceptional Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant on a CASUAL basis to join our team at Bremer Chiropractic, reporting to the Reception Team Leader.

Bremer Chiropractic is an established and busy practice near the center of Ipswich. You would become part of a valuable team responsible for managing the daily administration tasks of the clinic.

**Role and Responsibility**
- Greeting all visitors and clients of the business with a warm and friendly manner.
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Maintaining good patient flow.
- Opening and closing procedures.
- Cash handling and balancing register.
- Processing simple client requests as required.
- Booking couriers, building maintenance, coordinating deliveries.
- Processing payment claims such as Medicare, EPC, HICAPS, and DVA etc.
- Maintaining appearance of front office, clinic, and kitchen area.
- Assist the chiropractors with room set up and other clinic duties as required.
- Assist with training of new staff if required.
- Other ad hoc administration as required.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Must be available to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.
- Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude.
- Professional self-presentation.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work in both a team environment and also independently.
- Adaptable and able to constructively approach dilemmas.
- Attention to detail.

**Desirable**
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite and systems.
- Experience managing diaries and strong organisational skills.
- Experience in an allied health setting

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
