**About the role**

In this exciting dual function role, you will:

- Develop and maintain relationships with ICHM's industry partners to facilitate placement of high-quality students through ICHM's Industry & Career Development program.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality ICD program for students.
- Evaluate and manage all aspects of that program, ensuring that stakeholder needs are constantly and consistently identified, strengthened, and supported.

Reporting to the ICHM Campus Operations Director, your duties will involve:

- Liaising and negotiating with industry leaders / HR managers in hotel, hospitality and tourism establishments to source and manage the industry placement of ICHM students
- Identifying, managing, and maintaining a relevant and comprehensive calendar of events to profile ICHM's high-caliber students, its services to industry and to strengthen and maintain linkages with key external stakeholders
- Preparing, supporting, and monitoring students throughout the industry placement process
- Developing and managing processes and procedures in relation to industry placement and provide timely and accurate advice to senior management on requirements for change
- Providing career planning and guidance to students, taking them from work ready to career ready

**About you**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the hotel and resort sector of the tourism, hospitality industry or minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within hospitality, career or work integrated learning education.
- Proven excellent stakeholder and relation management skills
- Experience in devising, developing, and delivering educational material for industry preparation sessions for students in higher education
- Effective verbal & written communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong drive for continuous improvement and change management
