Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance industrial relations, union partnerships, and site-based collaboration.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders' expectations, driving outcomes through effective communication and influence.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Proven track record as an HR Business Partner in operational, manufacturing, or unionized environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, Awards, and Enterprise Agreement negotiation in Australia.
  • Able to build strong relationships at all levels, navigating complexities and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker with experience managing large-scale initiatives, demonstrating hands-on delivery and results-oriented approach.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields, combined with professional certifications and ongoing professional development.
