Job Title: Business Analyst
The role of a Business Analyst at our company is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team culture. You will be responsible for performing a broad range of project-related tasks, including tracking market trends, compiling and interpreting data, and providing information to clients.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives. Your primary focus will be on supporting agents and administration staff, maintaining databases, and ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Additionally, you will analyze economic and property trends to assist with presentations, coordinate the leasing team, participate in client meetings and inspections, and manage client contact databases and enquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
Tracking market transactions and compiling data
Interpreting market data and providing insights to clients
Supporting agents and administration staff
Maintaining land ownership and database integrity
Requirements:
Prior experience from university studies or in a related role
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and administrative capabilities
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
