In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and successful team, developing your customer service and sales skills. You'll build strong relationships with clients, identify new opportunities, and support the sales process. This is a fast-paced environment where you'll hit the ground running, make a real impact, and have opportunities for career growth and development.

**Role responsibilities may include**:

- Plan and prioritise sales support activities to meet business goals while effectively managing your time and productivity.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and escalate them to Business Development Managers.
- Maintain accurate sales records, performance metrics, and customer database updates.
- Provide administrative support for tenders, bids, and other sales-related documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Follow company and client policies, procedures, and best practices with attention to detail.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

**What We're Looking For**:We're seeking a motivated individual with**:

- A keen interest in technology and a desire to develop skills in IT hardware product and services
- Strong customer/vendor relationship building and management skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact and network with a variety of stakeholders and team members within own area of expertise
- A team player and also have the ability to work independently

- Need to hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Need to clear an Australian Police Clearance
- Availability: Full Time
