**Office All Rounder position**
Sustainable Cladding & Roofing Supplies is a small business, located in Sumner. The business specialises in the installation of architectural cladding, working on high end residential and commercial properties.
The business is seeking to recruit a Payroll & Administration Officer to be based at the office in Sumner. The role is part-time and will initially be a two-days a week.
The role includes processing of the weekly payroll, accounts payable, administration and reporting of the company's finances.
**Payroll**
- Processing of a weekly payroll and maintenance of human resources files
- New starters and terminations
- Maintaining payroll records and assisting with payroll queries
- Calculate and process Off-cycle payments as required
- Prepare and distribute weekly payroll Costing Reports to Site Team Leaders
- Other payroll duties as required
**Accounts Payable**
- Processing weekly/monthly invoices in a timely manner
- Producing and maintaining spreadsheets
- Timely data entry of invoices
- Reconciliations of supplier statements and follow up as required
- Support month end close requirements
**Skills & Expertise**
- Solid hands-on experience in payroll and award interpretation
- Ability to interact and communicate with staff
- Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office skills (inc. strong Excel)
- A strong knowledge of Xero required.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
