**Requirements**:
**Skills & Experience**:

- Managing, coaching and mentoring a small team, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and relatability whether in person, in writing or over the phone. Able to resolve conflict effectively
- Managing stock, stock orders, and inter-company transfers to ensure customer lead times are minimised and stock isn't allocated prematurely
- A team player who is happy to lend a hand to others and an ability to work collaboratively with colleagues as well as working autonomously
