We are a disability service provider dedicated to providing high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities across New South Wales. Our mission is to empower our clients to live fulfilling and independent lives. As we expand our operations, we seek a skilled and experienced Office All-Rounder with proficiency in LookOut to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize LookOut to create, manage, and optimize employee schedules based on client needs, staff availability, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team leaders and support coordinators to understand client support needs and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Monitor rostering data to identify trends, anticipate staffing needs, and make necessary adjustments to schedules as required.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding their schedules, shift changes, and relevant updates.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address staffing issues promptly and professionally.
- Train new employees on how to use LookOut for scheduling purposes and provide ongoing support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Admin All-Rounder with Roster Tasks or similar role within the disability sector.
- Proficiency in using LookOut or similar rostering software is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with staff at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in disability services, business administration, or a related field would be advantageous.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
