On behalf of our client, a leading employment services and training provider who support over 15,000 participants, we're seeking a visionaryPeople and Culture Managerto lead and shape a people strategy which is centred around fostering respect, collaboration and continuous learning.
About the Role
As a key member of the leadership team of this diverse and purpose-driven organisation, you'll drive strategic and operational HR initiatives that empower individuals through education, employment and community engagement.
You'll lead a talented People and Culture team and oversee functions including:
Strategic HR planning and change management
Talent acquisition and workforce planning
Employee engagement and culture development
Performance management and professional development
Compensation and benefits strategy
HR operations, compliance, and workplace health and safety
Stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners
About You
We're looking for a collaborative and proactive leader with:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields
Proven experience in HR leadership roles
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and WHS legislation
Exceptional communication, influencing, and decision-making skills
A track record of driving cultural change and organizational improvement
Technical proficiency in HR systems and business intelligence tools
