**About the Opportunity**
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the **CAMHS** team as a** Senior Project Officer,**where you will be responsible for:
- Leading the development, scoping, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of priority projects and initiatives aligned with CAMHS Strategic Review recommendations
- Providing comprehensive project management and coordination, including advice and support to project leads, managers, and senior leadership
- Driving the planning and implementation of specific services, such as the Mobile Assertive Outreach Service, to meet operational and business goals
- Collaborating with clinicians and leadership to revise care models and service pathways to improve consumer outcomes
- Coaching and supporting clinical staff to implement service innovations grounded in continuous improvement, evaluation, and best practice
- Establishing and leading reporting mechanisms to monitor, analyse, and report on service data and patient-related outcomes
- Providing clinical leadership and expertise in mental health nursing, with accountability for professional standards, delegation, and adherence to policy
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification in an allied health discipline which entitles registration with the relevant board (registered professions), or gives eligibility for full membership of the relevant professional Association (self-regulated professions).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to foster productive working relationships both internally and externally
- Demonstrated extensive experience and success in developing, implementing and evaluating statewide/ large complex projects, including the development, implementation and evaluation of continuous improvement programs and initiatives.
- Proven ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team, under broad direction, and to influence, guide and support complex technical infrastructure projects and programs, to effectively utilise high level research and analytical skills, and to make well informed and timely decisions.
