**Job Description**:
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a **Reservations Sales Agent**, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive

What you will be doing:

- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling.
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
- Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Guest focused personality is essential
- Proven ability to recognize loyalty program members and drive membership enrolment.
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to think on your feet and anticipate guests needs
- Avid problem spotter and solver (you see it first and you do something about it)
- Passion for people and providing exceptional service
- Well organized individual with a high attention to detail
- Previous experience in a Reservations environment is an advantage
- Computer literate with proficient level of MS Office suite.
- Prior use of Opera & TARS Database is an asset
- Must hold Full time working rights in Australia.
- Available to work on a 7 days roster. Weekend availability is a must.
