You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. You make our guests feel welcome from the first point of contact and reflect the exceptional experience that continues once they arrive. You will handle hotel operator calls, reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, and convert phone inquiries into confirmed bookings, ensuring all details are recorded in Opera. With your attention to detail, you'll provide exceptional service while recommending property facilities and maximising revenue through up selling.

FULL TIME and PART TIME roles available
**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**:

- Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Prior experience working with Opera (cloud, preferred) or another property management system
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise conflicting priorities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
