**The Role**

As our **Product Manager for Digital Platforms**, you will be an experienced member of the Product team, responsible for developing, leading, and delivering our global product strategy.

In this role, you will work closely with a dynamic team and report directly to the Head of Product. Your in-depth knowledge of business and customer contexts will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we deliver top-notch user experiences that exceed expectations.

As an expert communicator, you will drive the evolution of Pepperstone's digital platforms and take charge of developing and executing the strategy for our web and app features. With your passion for innovation and creativity, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of Pepperstone's digital landscape.

**Your day-day responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Developing and executing a product roadmap for the web and mobile platforms which aligns with Pepperstone strategy and business objectives.
- Analysing the performance of Pepperstones web and app platforms using data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Developing and delivering product initiatives using appropriate project management methodology and approaches within an established project management framework as part of a small cross-functional team.
- Fostering an Agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborating with other teams including user experience design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to discover, design, and develop new features and initiatives.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated Product Management experience, with a track record in financial services products
- Strong understanding of web and mobile development methodologies, as well as UX/UI design principles.
- Experience project-managing complex digital projects
- Experience using software/business analytics tools and reporting.
- Strong understanding of the most recent trends around financial markets trading products
- Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere; high degree of initiative, excels under pressure and with mínimal supervision and works towards goals with a keen sense of urgency.
