Ashurst Labs is the community responsible for designing, developing, and managing digital platforms, products, and solutions through software development, product management, and data science disciplines.

The Opportunity

Ashurst Advance Digital (AAD) is the firm's technology powerhouse. We develop differentiated services for clients by embedding digital as a competency for the whole firm. This involves developing and enabling future-fit tools, capabilities, and mindsets.

This role focuses on technical product management of client-facing platforms and solutions that drive efficiencies in business operations and legal service delivery. You will assist in defining vision and strategy, leading cross-functional teams, product development, managing product lifecycles, and measuring performance.

Responsibilities
  • Define vision and strategy for client-facing platforms and solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, product development, and lifecycle management.
  • Measure performance and iterate based on data and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Ashurst Labs team across Australia and the UK.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in product development or management roles.
  • Experience managing projects, understanding digital product development, agile processes, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience conducting market research, analyzing data, and understanding customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic, and pragmatic thinking.
