To establish contact with third parties through a strategy process to confirm claim details, identify liability, triaging of claims ,and managing recovery of uninsured claims whilst achieving cost effective and quality claims handling through robust relationships with team members, internal and external service providers._

(Insurance) Providing delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases
- _No insurance experience required _
- _Sharp eye for detail _
- _Well grounded negotiation and communication skills _
- _Able to deal effectively and confidently with conflict _
- _Effective time management capabilities _
- _Confidence in decision making _
- _Self motivated and able to work unsupervised _
- _Previous debt collection, paralegal or insurance claims experience will be highly regarded_
