**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hedging & Pruning**: Trim and shape hedges and trees to maintain neat and tidy landscapes.
- **Hand Mowing**: Maintain grass areas using hand mowers to ensure even and consistent lawn coverage.
- **Straight Edging**: Use a line trimmer to create neat, straight edges along paths, garden beds, and lawns.
- **General Garden Maintenance**: Assist with a variety of garden care tasks to ensure plants are healthy and well-maintained.

Key Requirements:

- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
- **Experience**: At least one year of experience in gardening maintenance.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to spot potential issues with plants and landscapes and address them promptly.
- **Reliability**: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- **Team Player**: Comfortable working as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
- **Safety Conscious**: Knowledge of or willingness to learn proper safety practices when handling tools, machinery, and chemicals.
- **Passion for Nature**: A genuine interest in gardening and outdoor spaces.
- **Skills**: Proficient in hedging, pruning, hand mowing, and straight edging with a line trimmer.
- **Work Availability**: Ability to work full-time (30 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
- **Driver's License**: A valid driver's license and proficiency in driving a manual work vehicle.

**Additional Information**:

- **Work Vehicle & Equipment**: A company-provided work vehicle and necessary gardening equipment will be supplied.
- **Employment Type**: Casual
- **Salary**: $26.00 - $30.13 per hour, depending on experience and age.
