CBC Facilities Maintenance Pty Ltd have an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Grounds Team Member to join our Illawarra regional Service team.
This is great opportunity to be part of a growing, national integrated facilities Management, Asset Management and Construction business. This role will see you support our clients that sit in and around the Illawarra area.

**About the Role**:
Working in a supportive team, the grounds and garden team member with work across the Illawarra regional area and will report into the Services Manager. The duties of the role will involve:

- Hand mowing
- Ride on mowing
- Lawn edging
- Hedge trimming
- Brush cutting
- Weed and pest control
- Planting

**About You**:
You maybe someone with a bit of experience in landscape work, or someone who understands the nature of such a role and wants to develop new skills. Ideally you have:

- A couple years' experience working in a labourer role, with a willingness to learn new and work with a team.
- Physically fit and able to work with outdoor tools.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Keen for training and development.
- Current Driviers licence and willness to travel to different locations

**Desirable**:

- Current National Police Check clearance (or willing to obtain one)
- White Card
- First Aid
- ChemCert Card (Cert 3)
- COVID Vaccinations
