OverviewCurrent Opportunity - As part of our Tax & Business Consulting Services division the Senior Accountant will be responsible for driving exceptional client service in the preparation of tax returns and financials for individuals and a variety of business structures.
This includes business improvements and tax strategy advice.Reporting to one of our long standing and very experienced Manager, you will actively partner with clients to reach their potential.
Based in our Darwin CBD office you will be surrounded by specialists with technical expertise, provide great client service, working within your team and propel your career.The RolePreparation of tax returns, BAS and IAS for individuals and a variety of business structuresFinancial statement preparation and reportingPreparation of management reportsDeveloping client relationships with a diverse group of clients, including face to face meetings with clientsAssist with preparing proactive and tailored business and strategic tax adviceYour skills and experienceWe're happy to receive applications from candidates with 3+ years prior tax and business services experience in an Australian Accounting Practice.Progressing or completed CA or CPA.Able to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.Excellent English skills both written and oral.Life at Nexia Edwards Marshall NTDespite being part of the Nexia global network of over 600 offices across more than 120 countries, including offices in every mainland state and territory in Australia, here you're more than just another face.
