**Description**:
About the Role

This position is being advertised as a special measures role, and only people who identify as a women are eligible to apply, as per the Equal Opportunity Act 2010

As the Field Officer, some of your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service - Assisting SRW customers, the community and external stakeholders with licensing and management of groundwater and surface water use.
Compliance - Ensuring compliance of the Water Act 1989.
Surface Water Management - Monitoring and undertaking rosters and restrictions on managed creeks and rivers within your area.
Water Meter Management - Reading, monitoring, and maintaining SRW water meters.
Undertaking inspections - for the purpose of licensing and/or compliance and then reporting on those inspections.

About you

Demonstrated experience in providing excellence in customer service.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage with a diverse range of customers, to build and maintain productive working relationships.
Data collation, interpretation, and presentation experience with the ability to extract data from a variety of sources, compiling into succinct and meaningful reports.
Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult situations in a professional and courteous manner, assessing a range of customer solutions whilst ensuring compliance.
