Must-Have Skills
Extensive hands-on experience in IBM MQ and WebSphere Application Server provisioning and configuration.
Basic working knowledge of Jenkins and CHEF for automated deployment and configuration.
Proven ability to support middleware environments in enterprise-scale applications.
Strong ITIL experience with large enterprises, change, release and incident management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Cross skilled with MQ and application server is preferred and flexible to learn other middleware components
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in DevOps environments and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to enterprise integration patterns and middleware architecture.
Automation using Terraform
