About the Role:

IMPACT Community Services is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the delivery of high-quality early childhood programs and services. The successful candidate will have experience working with children up to age 7, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organisational and project management skills.

The role involves coordinating planning, implementation, and evaluation of early childhood programs and activities, liaising with families, schools, and community partners, and ensuring compliance with all relevant databases. The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to continuous improvement of early childhood services through data analysis and feedback, and represent IMPACT Community Services at relevant stakeholder meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities">

The successful candidate will have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field">
  • Demonstrated experience working with children up to age 7">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage effectively with children, families, and community partners">
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritise effectively">
  • Commitment to values and mission of IMPACT Community Services">
  • Experience in creating start-up programs is desirable">
