**Front of House Manager**

Kelly's Bakery, Cafe and Bakehouse Korumburra, established in 1992, is a South Gippsland icon and a favourite destination for locals and travellers alike. Family-owned and operating 7 days a week we bake fresh bread, delicious pies, and mouth-watering pastries on-site, an appetising array of home-cooked meals, sumptuous catering options, and of course, fabulous coffee We are looking for a Manager to lead the Front of House team at Kelly's.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Running the front of house and working side-by-side with the team to deliver quality products and exceptional customer service.
- Mentoring, encouraging and supporting the team through the highs and lows.
- Leading the training and development of new and existing team members.
- Assisting with business development initiatives and presenting opportunities to increase sales and improve service.
- Experience in venue closing procedures with availability to close 4 days a week.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- Complying with health & safety, food safety and local council requirements and promoting best practices within the business.
