**About the opportunity**

One of Australia's top 100 golf course over 250 hectares of land featuring forest meets wide fairways, including several meandering creeks. Rich in history and character this is the ultimate sport precinct. They offer the perfect place to eat, drink and relax after a game of golf or nice feed on a Sunday family lunch.

The role is built for a Hospitality leader with a strong background in casual dining operations, preferably someone who has worked at busy cafes, pubs, pr members clubs.

As a Front of House Manager you will report directly report to Directors of Operations, ensuring day to day service is seamless and guests are consistently happy.

The role requires a leader who can manage up and down very well, someone who can be part of service 5 days a week, but also collaborate with a General Manager when it comes to suggesting positive change across events, food and beverage.

This role is very customer focused and will require working a fixed roster Wednesday to Sunday.
