**To be successful you will have**:

- 5+ years as the Head of Planning in a retail environment, excellent attention to detail, ability to think 'outside the box" when it comes to problem solving skills
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach and develop those around you
- Problem solving abilities, with a long term view in terms of how to drive the business forward
- A strategic mind with the ability to operate at a senior level

**You will be responsible for**:

- Manage monthly forecast reviews by channel, by division ensuring productivity initiatives to grow sales, improve stock efficiency and drive profitability in channels and categories
- Work in coherence Supply, Demand and Merchandising Team to focus on sales, Profit and inventory Performance
- Develop working relationships with suppliers
- Ensure post implementation review is carried out on all new products
- Develop complete assortment plan in consultation with the Category Manager to include new products and to exclude exit products as determined through the range review process
- Prepare for and participate in Monthly Promotional Reviews, Category & Forecast Reviews
