Our client is a unique investment and advisory firm with a clear aim to help reduce the impact on the environment. They are looking for a like-minded full-time Traffic/Design Manager to join a team growing locally and internationally.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development you will manage a team of graphic designers and presentation specialists allocating work to the appropriate resource. You'll thrive in a fast-paced and growing studio and pride yourself on your organisational skills and ability to liaise professionally and consultatively with senior stakeholders. Being calm under pressure, adaptable and a great communicator is imperative for success.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Project management - distributing work to the design team and tracking progress
- Assisting in the development of new systems and processes in-line with a fast-growing global organisation
- Managing external agencies and freelancers
- Producing PowerPoint presentations and reports when required
- Building and maintaining marketing and business development assets and templates across.

**Key requirements include**:

- Previous team management experience in a client-side environment
- Experience proofing and editing materials and ensuring consistency
- Exceptional stakeholder and team management
- The ability to manage occasional pressure and work collaboratively in a global team environment.

As well as a salary package of up to $140K our client offers a bonus of up to 20% of your base salary and long-term financial incentives. A hybrid office/WFH arrangement is also offered.
