
Project Support Officer

A National Telecommunications company is seeking a Project Support Officer to join there prestigious team. They are respected in the industry and known for their employee care and support. The company has been in business for well over a decade, working in all areas of Telecommunications and Greenfield sites, and currently offer a full turnkey package to their clients.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be working on TPG, Optus, Telstra, NBN and other Mobile Wireless projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Coordinate project meetings.
- Track project progress, identifying potential delays, and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Identifying potential risks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Prepare regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues for project stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and correct delivery of materials.
- Build/maintain client relationships.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures
- Follow QEHS policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree Telecommunications, Electronics, Project, or related.
- Drivers License.
- Previous experience in the Telecommunications Industry.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Great verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable in high pressure situations with the ability to act quickly.
- Solid understanding on QEHS standards.
