**The Company**
Edutemps are excited to be partnering with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) who are leading the way in safety, construction and high-risk work training and assessment. This exciting organisation is filled with values-based individuals, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, empathy, integrity, and respect.

**The Role**
As a Customer Care Officer, you are responsible for taking student enquiries and bookings, and completing the required administrative support for enrolment to provide a great student experience on the day.

This is full-time temporary position for 2 months, immediate start. Located in Ingleburn, NSW.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver an excellent experience to students through enrolment and completion
- Following up students and companies for enrolment information where it is missing
- Creating quotes and offering support to the State Business Development Managers
- Processing batch information for student assessments
- Working with the trainers and the marketing team to ensure courses are scheduled to take place at the right time
- On-boarding students on the day alongside the trainers
- Other duties and tasks in line with the customer care team, as required
- Essential technological skills - data entry, spreadsheets, word processing etc.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to professionally liaise with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to learn quickly and understand new concepts
- Ability to work both autonomously, and as part of a team
- Demonstrated excellent time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, and the desire to learn
- Previous RTO administrative experience, and exposure to the aXcelerate student management system _(desirable)_
