UrbanVirons Group (Urbans) is looking to engage a full-time **Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator** to join our team.

**THE ROLE**

We are seeking an experienced motivated professional to oversee and coordinate the Safety, Quality and Environmental functions across all divisions.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Promotion and support of a culture of safety, employee wellbeing, training and continuous improvement
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Quality, Safety and Environmental management systems
- Monitor relevant legislation and ISO standards to ensure organisational compliance
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of internal and external standards, legislation and other HSE improvements.
- Provide direction and supervision to ensure compliance with company WHS policies and procedures by Workers and Subcontractors
- Work with key stakeholders in the development of risk assessments, hazard reviews and observations
- Contributing to and coordinating the safety agendas at Toolbox meetings
- Assistance in implementing all Chain of Responsibility obligations for the businesses
- Reviewing and overseeing incident reports and investigations
- Facilitate WHS Committee meetings including engagement, contribution, agendas, reports and minutes
- Internal audits and reporting
- Coordinating and participating in internal and external HSE audits.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders within the company and providing guidance, advice and mentoring

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience, skills and qualifications:

- A tertiary Health, Safety & Environmental qualification
- A good knowledge and understanding of the implementation of relevant QHSE legislation and requirements
- Knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Management techniques;
- Working knowledge of Quality systems and WHS Codes of Practice, Regulations and Guidelines
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, and assisting in the development of SWMS, SOPs, VOC's and policies and procedures
- Experience in a similar role in the construction industry will be highly regarded

- Confident and able to comfortably interact with people of all levels
- National Police Clearance
- Construction Industry White Card
- Drivers Licence
