Customer Engagement Support Officer

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Coordinate projects that drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice outcomes, providing project and administration support and reporting for specific project elements.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes. Offer advice and guidance to local customer teams as necessary.
- Support the maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge database of risks, issues, and resolutions.
- Contribute to the monitoring of benefits delivered, both financial and non-financial from engagement activities.

- Liaises with a variety of stakeholders to help develop relationships. Initiates and participates in activities to improve rapport and develop relationships to drive outcomes.
- Applies knowledge of industry, market, and business trends to prioritise activities.
- Demonstrates a visible and active commitment to personal well-being, health and safe workplaces and activities; and continuously looks to improve the health, safety, and environmental performance of Queensland Health.

**Qualifications, registrations and other requirements**:

- Whilst not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be highly regarded.
