A significant opportunity awaits within OMG's newly formed Marketing team as the Head of Brand, PHD. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with PHD's Executive Leadership Team and OMG's CMO, serving as the custodian of the PHD brand in Australia.

Your mission will be to drive business growth while positioning PHD as a leading media agency in the market.

As the Head of Brand, you will lead the development and execution of a strategic marketing plan that strengthens PHD's reputation and reinforces its unique positioning in the industry. This role encompasses responsibility for delivering exceptional internal and external communications, enhancing the brand's presence, and aligning efforts with the company's growth objectives.

This is a unique chance to play a central role in shaping the future of one of Australia's most respected media agency brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and maintain the momentum of PHD's new business prospecting and lead management strategy to deliver to the agency business plan
- Facilitate and research each lead generation opportunity to ensure quality of leads and relevant packaging of the PHD solution via content and collateral in a compelling and meaningful way to deliver to key business metrics
- Working with senior internal stakeholders at PHD to assist with the delivery of new business pitches, ensuring we are providing the best possible outcome to the prospective client. This includes but is not limited to:

- Managing completion of RFI/RFP with key stakeholders within PHD (with creation of RFP library to ensure branded cut-through)
- Project managing the process to ensure time for rehearsals and strong delivery, managing all production, pitch theatre and contact strategies.
- Build strong working relationships with any Global and Regional contacts to ensure that PHD is up to date with latest processes and new business collateral. Also sharing materials with PHD regional and global network to ensure that PHD Australia is held up as an example market
- Building and maintaining trade press relationships to foster additional opportunities for promotion of PHD's people, product and services via trade press and industry events
- Assist the ELT with building relationships with key industry stakeholders and publicly accessible portals, e.g. intermediaries and the IPA website are updated on all agency's activities and capabilities on a regular basis

**Who are you?**
- 6+ years relevant experience in Marketing / New Business / Media or Marketing agency
- Experience of delivering or having oversight Project Managing with an expert eye for detail
- Senior management level experience and stakeholder management
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong ability to develop and deliver marketing strategy, including management of internal and external comms.
