**About the role**:
We have an amazing opportunity to join our growing Digital Marketing team as a Loyalty Marketing Manager. This newly created role will see you partnering closely with Wesfarmers, Flybuys and other loyalty partners to drive positive and personalised customer experiences and increase ROI. Some of your key responsibilities will include;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead the end-to-end customer communications and effectiveness of loyalty programs such as Flybuys, ensuring the channels are profitable and drive customer lifetime value, as well as support key business objectives.
- Establish and deliver a loyalty & personalisation roadmap through Flybuys and other loyalty channels, and using outcomes and learnings to contribute to the overall Officeworks data commercialisation & personalisation strategy
- Establish and monitor performance measures to ensure the programs and communications are delivering on key objectives and results (OKRs)To drive the end-to-end delivery of initiatives which support increasing the number of known and marketable customers, and the percentage of known customer transactions at Officeworks, and improved capture and quality of customer data
- The key goals of the above will be to capture more customer data which can be used to deliver greater insights and improve Officeworks' ability to acquire new customers, personalise, target and tailor communications and deliver improved customer experiences.

Currently, the position is based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home).

**About you**:
We're keen to speak you if you have had exposure to digital marketing or ecommerce and you have had previous experience managing key strategic initiatives:

- Extensive experience in commercial strategy development and tactical execution
- Extensive experience in data, CRM, loyalty, and eCommerce
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with and influence stakeholders across many areas and levels of the business
- Ability to interpret customer and business data and insights to form new activity
- Able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
