ABOUT THE ROLETravel Club by Travel and Leisure is part of My Travel Group, a division of the Helloworld network of agencies and based on the sunny Gold Coast.
This is a highly desirable position looking after corporate travel only, but where you will still be part of our greater travel team who focus on retail travel.
This role involves booking flights, accommodation, car hire, and transfers for our corporate employees while ensuring compliance with our travel policies.
The successful candidate will oversee and optimise our corporate travel program, enforce cost-effective travel guidelines, and build strong relationships with in-house clients by understanding their unique preferences.
Responsibilities also include using Travelport for bookings, managing documentation and accounting in Cross Check Travel, handling travel disruptions, staying current on industry trends, and supporting monthly reporting and credit card reconciliation.
HOW YOU WILL SHINETo be successful in this role, y ou will need to be a customer focused individual with excellent attention to detail, extensive experience and ability in Corporate Travel and lots of initiative.
You will be a team player who is enthusiastic and results driven and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
You will have the desire to provide a high level of customer service and need to have flexibility and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
This is a unique 'in-house' position in which you only deal with our Company's travel requirements both internationally and domestically, you will need to have great personal skills and experience working on Travelport/Galileo and Cross Check Travel.
