Managing a team of 3, the role will be responsible for the delivery of HR Services and providing advice and support to managers on key People and Culture functions. The role will manage systems and processes to enable effective reporting on key People and Culture metrics and the development and management of service plans and delivery standards.

Key deliverables will include:

- Provide specialist advice and support to managers on People and Culture functions
- Develop, implement, and maintain People Services service plans and delivery standards
- Coach and advise managers on the procedural and legislative requirements from a people perspective
- Lead and/or contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate training programs for managers to support capability development
- Review, develop, update, and implement People and Culture policies and procedures, and formulate policy options and advice where required.
- Manage People and Culture systems and processes to enable effective reporting on key People and Culture metrics.
- Lead and contribute to key People and Culture projects
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to ensure contemporary and effective services are in place to support the objectives of the business

To succeed in this role you will be degree qualified in HR or a related discipline. You will have proven experience in managing a responsive and high quality service-focused People and Culture function and providing specialist advice on employment legislation, terms and conditions and People and Culture policy and processes. The ability to negotiate effectively with a variety of stakeholders to gain cooperation and influence decision making is key.
