Join us at our Epic Pharmacy team in New Town. Develop pharmacy knowledge by working with specialised allied health professionals.

**About the role**:
We are seeking casual and part-time **Pharmacy Assistants **to join our supportive and friendly Epic Pharmacy team in New Town. You will join a dedicated team that provides services to a number of Aged Care and Group-home facilities, Day Surgeries along with the local community. We are also agents for Tas IVF.

As the first point of contact, you will strive to provide exceptional service and professional advice on over-the-counter products to customers in person and over the phone.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide drive and energy to support our expanding Retail offer, with both customers and staff.
- Assist Management to maintain FOS and Dispensary Inventory systems
- Assist in the sale of S2 and S3 medicines while displaying an appropriate level of knowledge
- Supply the correct medication
- Answer customers with general queries
- Assist the pharmacy teams with other ad-hoc pharmaceutical duties

**_Requirements:_**
- Experience working in an Australian based pharmacy
- Experience in the sales of S2/S3 medication
- Have strong customer service skills and an understanding of Point-of-Sale Systems (POS)
- Previous experience with Dosage Administration Aid (DAA) management an advantage
