Our team of more than 350 people work across ten offices in VIC, NSW, SA, QLD and the ACT.
**Description**:
The Opportunity
Working in a B2B environment, our marketing team engages with stakeholders from across the organisation and provides trusted advice to support each business unit in achieving their objectives. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Coordinator, you will:
Update graphics and marketing collateral in line with our visual style guide
Organise the supply and distribution of marketing materials with suppliers and printers
Partner with Business Managers to support event management for a range of business development and client entertainment opportunities
Coordinate events with third party suppliers, vendors and venues
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team
Assist with the preparation of bids and proposals
About You

Previous experience in a corporate environment with an understanding of business structure will make it easier to step into this role seamlessly.
Working knowledge of Adobe suite, with an interest in working with InDesign
Appreciation for visual brand and penchant for working within visual brand guidelines.
