Electrical Switchboard Supervisor

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Supervision and coordination of switchboard manufacturing team and activities
- Coordination of the switchboard production schedule to meet client delivery dates, working in close collaboration with Engineering and Project teams
- Providing ongoing training and guidance to switchboard team
- Ensuring a high level of quality in switchboard production including compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- Continuously promoting a safe working environment and culture

**To be successful in this role you will need to**:

- Hold a current WA 'A' Grade Electrical Licence
- Have experience in a supervision role with strong people and communication skills, or the willingness to learn
- Have demonstrated experience within a workshop environment
- Have strong problem-solving abilities
- Have an excellent knowledge of electrical systems and understanding of associated technical documents including switchboard drawings, technical manuals and Australian Standards
- Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment
