**Position: Experienced Administrative Assistant**

**Location: Sydney (CBD)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the management team.
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports for staff members
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Organize and oversee internal and external events, including logistics and communication.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of company-wide communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and information flow.
- Perform research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring optimal availability.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest creative solutions for enhanced efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
