Davidson have partnered with one of Australia's leading energy providers who are currently seeking a team of highly motivated Customer Service professionals._

**_About the role_***
- You will be a part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring their business customers receive exceptional end to end customer service in all aspects of their sales and billing needs. Customer service is an essential part of this opportunity, and_ _you will focus on getting the best outcome for our customers by delivering a professional and timely service, working toward resolving each request to the best of your ability._

**_Responsibilities:_***
- _General enquiries from our business and residential customers regarding their renewable energy needs_
- _Contributing to the growth of Business customers by acquiring and identifying sales opportunities and delivering excellent service_
- _Taking ownership of investigations and follow-ups of more complex enquiries_
- _Educating customers about their energy usage and how to reduce costs by being more energy efficient_

**_Skills and Experience:_***
- _A passion for excellence in customer service and getting it right the first time_
- _Sound IT skills with ability to use multiple platforms at once_
- _Strong ability to multi-task on the go_
- _Previous experience working within renewable energy contact centres highly regarded - solar, hydro or wind_
- _Ability to identify, prioritise and resolve problems in a timely manner_
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner_
