We have an opportunity for an experienced **Talent Acquisition Business Partner**to join the Resourcing and Talent Acquisition team in our **Brisbane office in Milton**.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Role responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Developing effective sourcing strategies and contributing to quality, diverse and inclusive hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and provide effective recruitment solutions to support business outcomes.
- Support the broader talent acquisition team with ongoing recruitment and projects across our division.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experienced with **end-to-end blue collar (semi-skilled & trades) recruitment**gained within a continuous high-volume environment, previous shutdown recruitment experience is preferred.
- Proactive and motivated individual with a high attention to detail and methodical approach to following processes and procedures, with an ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage their time.
- Systems savvy with proficient MS Office skills and experience with recruitment management systems (Oracle HCM Cloud desirable).
