**Your new role**
- As a Field Operations Support Officer (FOSO), you will play a key role in delivering cross-group operational support services. You will work closely with field and office-based teams to ensure smooth coordination, and service delivery across the business. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

**This role is primarily based at our Artarmon Depot, with occasional travel to our Dee Why Depot. While not frequent, flexibility to support across both locations when needed is required.**
- Your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide operational and administrative support across multiple teams.
- Coordinate and track service requests, work orders, and compliance activities.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and system updates.
- Support the implementation of new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- To be successful, you will have:

- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and service delivery.
- Proven experience in an operational support or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced and reactive environment.
- Proficiency using systems like Microsoft Teams, Works Management System (WMS), Microsoft Dynamics, and ideally experience with CRM systems and scheduling or rostering tools will be highly regarded.
- Familiarity with raising purchase orders and managing procurement tasks - experience using SAP is desirable, particularly for handling purchase orders and investigation workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A current Class C motor vehicle licence.
