Some of the key responsibilities will include: Plan maintenance and repair work as requiredProvide quotations and deliver service jobs or installation works as requiredProvide technical support for maintenance contracts and warrantiesImplement control sequence changes and updates as requiredConduct detailed inspections of buildings/sitesEstablish preventative maintenance and repair schedulesDevelop strong relationships with customers What we are looking for You will demonstrate similar BMS experience in automation service, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes: Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary teamTridium, Distech, Niagara experience regarded highly Refrigeration or Electrical Trade Qualification (Dual trade preferred) Good written & verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Exceptional time management Ability to work under pressure Restricted electrical license Strong desire to learn and master new systems and technology Culture Most importantly the candidate will be able to demonstrate how they work within the VAE company values of Energy, Synergy and Success.
