About the role
The Reasonable Adjustments Resourcing Quality Assurance (RARQA) team, a new team in the Disability, Inclusion and Student Support, School and Student Support branch. The Statewide Verifier, Education Adjustment Program reports to the Manager, RARQA.
In the role Statewide Verifier Education Adjustment Program you will provide Education Adjustment Program verifications for Non-State School students in the disability categories of hearing impairment, physical impairment and vision impairment. The ideal applicant will have previous experience in identification and responding to the educational needs of students with disability, particularly hearing impairment, physical impairment and/or vision impairment.
**A mandatory requirement of this role is**:
- Possession of a relevant degree from a recognised tertiary institution or agreed equivalent which, in the opinion of the Director-General, Department of Education or delegate is acceptable and is relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
