Statewide Training Program Manager

This position is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and delivering training programs to support the statewide implementation of ExpenseMe PRO.
- The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience in training delivery within a large, complex organization, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders through effective communication.
- They will also have previous success in planning, design, development, and delivery of multimodal training collateral, including online training environments.
- Plan and design comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of expense management professionals statewide.
- Develop and deliver training materials and tools to support the adoption of ExpenseMe PRO.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
- Monitor training completion rates and provide input for go/no-go decisions based on user levels of competency and confidence.
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement to advance the quality of training content and delivery approach statewide.
- High-level experience in training delivery within a large, complex organization.
- Effective interpersonal, consultation, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver successful projects.
- Relevant qualification is desirable.
