Our National Office is the HUB for supporting our 17 aged care homes (soon to be more) across Australia and our P&C team play an integral part within our organisation. **What You'll Be Doing**

Supporting the People Services Team, you will play a crucial role in HR administration across our National Office and 17 Care Homes nationwide. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing employment contract variations and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Coordinating a high-volume shared inbox
- Drafting letters and employment documentation.
- Running HR reports and data analysis.
- Conducting compliance checks, reviews, and management.
- Setting up and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Participating in exciting projects including the implementation of a HR Information System and supporting with acquisitions.

**About You**
- Strong attention to detail - essential
- HR administration experience with knowledge of employment contracts and compliance
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and HR systems)
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

As part of your employment, you will be required to complete pre-employment checks.
