This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful programs that support regional communities.Mildura, VIC locationHourly rate: $49.88/hour + SuperAnticipated hours; 38 per week Contract Opportunity with an ASAP start until June 2026100% On-site role (97 Seventh Street, Mildura, VIC - 3500)Hudson is seeking an experienced Program Officer to join a regional team supporting the delivery of high-quality professional learning programs.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll provide direct support to participants and ensure smooth program delivery from start to finish.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport participants throughout the full program lifecycle – from registration through to program conclusionProvide program resources, set up rooms (both physical and virtual), and deliver exceptional customer serviceContribute to the planning and execution of defined projects and initiativesMaintain accurate program and participant recordsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates, briefings, and support as requiredAssess participant needs and deliver services in line with operational guidelinesAbout You.
