Role: Clinical Trial Manager - FSPLocation: Home-based, Queensland (Australia)As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.You will be joining one of the global healthcare leaders that has been discovering and developing medicines and treatments for well over a century.
We are excited to grow our team in Brisbane to create a new research hub, with a focus on developing Vaccines.
You will be part of a collaborative, growing team of clinical research professionals in Australia.What you will be doing:Lead and manage the conduct of clinical trials from start-up to closeout in accordance with ICH-GCP and local regulationsEnsure effective study risk management for assigned studies in AustraliaCollaborate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and on budget execution of clinical trial deliverablesLeadership of a regional matrix team to ensure delivery of country and site level study activities in alignment with the global study project planResponsibility for study TMF completeness, quality and inspection readinessYou are:Tertiary Degree qualified in Healthcare/Science or related fieldPrevious clinical trial oversight/ leadership experience within CRO or pharmaceutical industry is essentialPrior experience working on Vaccine trials within CRO/ pharmaceutical industry is beneficialYou are confident working autonomously to ensure delivery of expectationsStrong communication and relationship building skillsGood multitasking, time management and prioritisation skillsPlease note: you will need to be based in Queensland, but you will be working remotelyWhat ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
